Senior Activities

We designed this program based on specific and individual needs of the senior population. The Direct Care Staff was chosen for their specific skills and ability to understand the desires of this population. The room was designed to meet their needs. We tried to make this a sanctuary, safe quiet place where they can feel safe, not around numerous people or a great deal of noise. The program is also especially designed around things they like to do such as afternoon tea, weaving, arts n’ crafts, special old movies they can relate to, music that was from that era, etc.
